    The Fundraising & Events Committee supports SCLT’s development efforts through fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and special events. This includes planning and supporting fundraising initiatives, community events, sponsorship development, and anniversary celebrations that advance both revenue goals and public engagement. Meetings are held virtually.

    The Executive Committee is composed of board officers and provides leadership and oversight between full Board meetings. This committee supports the Executive Director, addresses time-sensitive matters, and helps guide organizational strategy in alignment with board-approved priorities and policies.
