Anthony M. Condoluci-Smith joined the Sussex County Land Trust (SCLT) in September 2026 as the Operations Coordinator.  In this role, he supports the day-to-day and administrative and financial operations of SCLT including bookkeeping and payroll administration, accounts payable, constituent database management, Board support, and general office administration.  Anthony plays a vital role in maintaining efficient internal systems and ensuring that SCLT’s financial, administrative, donor, and governance records remain accurate and organized.

Anthony brings extensive experience in nonprofit finance and operations leadership.  He holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware, an HR Management Certificate from Villanova University, and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).  He currently supports the financial and administrative operations of several mission-driven organizations in the area, including his role as Business Administrator and Treasurer of New Castle Presbytery.

A proud Delaware resident since 2009, Anthony resides in Middletown with his family.  They enjoy the state’s open spaces, rural character, bike trails, and kayaking in state parks.  Anthony is glad to put his operational expertise toward SCLT’s work preserving the land that makes Sussex County distinct.
