Ideally located along rapidly developing Robinsonville Road in Lewes, this 32-acre property was donated to the Trust by Mr. Jack Haese, principal for Sequoia Management and developer for the Chase Oaks community, located on the east side of Robinsonville Road.  The property has 2,570' of frontage along Robinsonville Road featuring +/- 25 acres of mature hardwoods and +/- 7 acres of cleared and tillable land along the road frontage.  The property was donated to the Trust by the developer for open space preservation purposes due to the surrounding development along Robinsonville Road.  In addition, the developer and builder of Chase Oaks, DRB Homes,  entered into a developer partnership agreement with the Trust and pledged $500.00 for every lot sale within the Chase Oaks community to be donated to the Trust to further the Trust's mission of open space preservation efforts.  The property will be maintained by the Trust as a protected nature and habitat preserve for the future.
