DESCRIPTION:🌳✨ Join us in celebrating the dedication of Chase Oaks Preserve! ✨🌳 \nWe’re excited to officially dedicate Chase Oaks Preserve\, our newest land preservation acquisition\, on 📅 Monday\, September 8\, at ⏰ 2:00 p.m. The 32-acre preserve along Robinsonville Road was generously donated by Chase Oaks DE\, LLC with support from DRB Homes. \nThis preserved land features mature hardwoods\, open space\, and a scenic buffer for one of Sussex County’s fastest-growing corridors. Thanks to an innovative developer agreement\, $500 from every home sold in Chase Oaks after July 1\, 2025\, will be donated to the Trust—a joint commitment from the builder and the home buyer to support lasting land preservation. 🌱 \n📍 Dedication: Chase Oaks Preserve\, Robinsonville Road\n🚗 Parking: DRB Homes model home (30019 Chase Oaks Drive\, Lewes\, DE) \nWe look forward to celebrating this milestone with our partners\, community\, and supporters. 💚
